Casa Marlene – Twin

Description

Nice and comfortable room with two beds and private bathroom. It has capacity for two people. Even when this is a house of family, the owners does live there, the room has an independent entrance. It is equipped with split, small fridge, hot and cold water among other facilities. There is a terrace where you just can seat to relax, talk, or read a book. You can also access to the roof through a stair, from there you can have a view of the town and the hotel Los Jazmines; if you are lucky you can enjoy a beautiful sunset.

About the property

The house has 3 rooms that are rented separately. The total capacity for the house is up to 7 people. The owners does live in the property but each room has independent access and you will have the key for your own room, so you can come and go as you want. There are some areas where you can seat and relax, and the dining room is a common area for all guests where you can enjoy some meals.

Services and extra information

• Flexible Check In/Out times are possible, dependent on outgoing/incoming guests.
• In case of early arrival we can store your luggage safe until the room is ready. The same procedure can be used at your departure in case of your bus or flight be settled late.
• Check in 24 Hours: The property offers check in 24 hours, you only need to inform in advance the details of your arrival.

• Horse / Bike ride excursions can be organized at request on spot with extra cost.
