Apartment Mario is fully furnished. There is one room with two twin beds and ensuite bath, air conditioner, hot /cold water, safe box among other facilities.  It has living –dining room with balcony over the street, flat screen TV and fan, friendly space to talk and watch TV.  The kitchen equipped with fridge, microwave and other utensils to prepare light meals has also hot/cold water. Ideal for couples looking for some privacy without be limited to the space that offer one room in a guest house. It is in the second floor of the building, there is also a security door. Due the excellent location it is a convenient starting point for a walk all over the historic center and discover in the way its streets, squares and people.

About the property

The apartment is rented entirely, the guests have access to all the apartment and do not need to share space with the owners of other tourists. Upon arrival they will receive a key that will allow them to freely enter and leave the property.

Services and extra information

• Flexible Check In/Out times are possible, dependent on outgoing/incoming guests.
• In case of early arrival we can store your luggage safe until the room is ready. The same procedure can be used at your departure in case of your bus or flight be settled late.
• Check in 24 Hours: The property offers check in 24 hours, you only need to inform in advance the details of your arrival.
• The exchange of bedclothes and towels in alternate days as well the cleaning. One person will enter into the apartment for this, the convenient times will be agreed on spot during check in.

• Internet: There is not Wifi at the property but the guests can access from a public spot close to the house with extra cost.
