Located in a nice area of downtown in Old Havana in front of the Paula Promenade and Waterfront promenade from there you can walk all over the historic center and discover in the way its streets, squares and people. This is a nice independent apartment with 2 bedrooms and private bath. It has 5 balconies with an excellent view. It is fully equipped with flat screen TV, air conditioner and hot / cold water.

One room features with a double bed and the other with a double bed plus a twin bed offers a maximum capacity of 5 people. Each room has air conditioner and its own private bath with hot/ cold water also there is a safe box in one of the units. The distribution for the balconies is, three in the living – dining area with view to the bay and the other two in the rooms, one each, over the street. Beside the rooms there is a sitting area, a dining area and a kitchen. The living – dining room is a friendly space to talk and read a book while enjoy the beautiful view of the bay, well and natural ventilated through the balconies but you will find also a fan there. The kitchen has hot / cold water, fridge, microwave, and cooker among other facilities to prepare light meals. The apartment is in the third floor of the building – 64 steps, it also has security door. The building has no elevator like is usual in this part of the city.  It is a great choice for couples, friends and families looking for some privacy without be limited to the space that offer one room.

About the property

The apartment is rented entirely, the guests have access to all the apartment and do not need to share space with the owners of other tourists. Upon arrival they will receive a key that will allow them to freely enter and leave the property.

• Flexible Check In/Out times are possible, dependent on outgoing/incoming guests.
• In case of early arrival we can store your luggage safe until the room is ready. The same procedure can be used at your departure in case of your bus or flight be settled late.
• Check in 24 Hours: The property offers check in 24 hours, you only need to inform in advance the details of your arrival.
• The exchange of bedclothes and towels in alternate days as well the cleaning. One person will enter into the apartment for this, the convenient times will be agreed on spot during check in.
